Xbox 360 stuck on logo screen. Turned on my xbox about 20 minutes ago and it has been stuck on the screen that displays the 360 logo and xbox icon. I am able to activate the guide, but selecting home doesn't do anything. The game in the console also doesn't start up. I tried taking out my hdd and starting it up, and the console booted the game. xbox 360 games stuck on loading screen. All my xbox 360 games are playing, but they are stuck on the loading screen incept for minecraft it plays but I can only move the character. It can also very well be a hard drive issue. This happened to my console as well. All you need to do is use a can of air to blow out most of the dust that is inside of your console. First, you need to find out if it actually is the hard drive that is corrupted. Try removing the hard drive while the console is switched off and leave it out for a few days. Continue to play games during that time, and if it stops freezing, then you've found your problem and your hard drive needs to be formatted. .
