In windowed mode , my fps is like 150 .Only in full screen mode is capped at 60 . you probably cant get over 60 by looking at your settings. Update your drivers. newest nvidia drivers , before windows update my fps was like around 150 :) Try setting your graphic settings out of game, in your gpu software, to default.

Havent played in 10 days, opened up league and now when i play a game, no matter what graphics setting i go to, the fps is capped at 60. I usually play on 100-200 fps on maxed out settings so its nothing to do with my hardware. I've looked around disabled vsync in settings, disabled it in my amd radeon settings and disabled xbox dvr.
